Podcasts
Podcasting has been one of the most meaningful creative outlets in my career. It’s a medium that gives people the space to share ideas in their own voice, spark conversations that matter, and connect with audiences in a way that feels both personal and lasting. For me, producing podcasts has been about more than just recording and editing — it’s about building platforms where stories can resonate and communities can grow.
Currently, I produce two podcasts: Out of the Hourglass, focused on leadership, business growth, and organizational culture, and The Stuttering Springboard, a project close to my heart that amplifies voices in the stuttering community. Each show has taught me something new about the power of storytelling, and together they’ve shaped how I approach content with empathy, curiosity, and creativity.
Out of the Hourglass
Out of the Hourglass, presented by Nolan Consulting Group and hosted by Molly Nolan, is here to help Small Business Owners and Contractors alike visualize their goals, develop their team & build sustainable growth. You’ll hear from our panel of NCG Coaches on a variety of topics, guest speakers from top industry resources, Business Owners sharing best practices and a focus on strategies across sales, marketing, business planning, human resources and more. We’re here to take you “out of the hourglass” and reach your Summit.
As producer of Out of the Hourglass, I handle editing, post-production, and publishing to create a polished, engaging listening experience. I shape each episode so the expertise of Nolan Consulting Group and their guests comes through clearly, with strong storytelling flow and consistent sound quality. By managing the final release, I help ensure the podcast consistently delivers actionable insights in a way that resonates with small business owners and supports the brand’s mission of helping businesses grow.
The Stuttering Springboard
The Stuttering Springboard is a podcast series that looks deeply into critical transition periods in the lives of young people who stutter. Our goal is to help remove the barriers, making those transition periods just a little easier. We explore the high school years, transitioning into college, springboarding into a career and educating parents and others on what it means and how to interact with a person who stutters. These emotional podcasts include interviews with teens and adults who stutter as well as doctors and professors who share the latest research on stuttering.
For The Stuttering Springboard, I manage editing, post-production, and publishing for each episode. The heart of the series is in the voices of teens, adults, and experts who share their experiences with stuttering — from navigating high school and college to launching careers and educating others. My role is to help bring those stories to life in a clear, thoughtful way, so listeners can connect with the challenges, resilience, and insights of this community.
